This paper identifies the most important leadership issues contained in the case pertaining to the autobiography of Malcolm X. Malcolm X was a person that came form humble beginnings and went on to lead a national movement with a slogan "By any means necessary" that is still recognized 30 years later. From this perspective I write about what I learned from this and how I can apply it to my everyday work life.
