Impact of the low-carbohydrate diet on food services
The assignment called for a review of the low-carbohydrate diet issue as related to food service companies. Discussion was also presented with respect to obesity and the medical effects of such a diet. This has been an important topic as more people are concerned about carbohydrates and how eating too many carbohydrates can lead to heart failure.
