this paper will discuss natural law and positivism. The two will be generally outlined, discussed and defined. The leading theories will be discussed for each. Along with Finnis' and Aquinas theories that are quite popular. The qustion of whether the two theories of lawa are opposite and varied or if they have similarites is addressed in the paper as well. A summary with conclusion is provided.
