The following discussion will evaluate a recently viewed performance of the touring production of "The Producers," starring Lewis J. Stadlen and Alan Ruck. The performance was quite amusing and memorable for a variety of reasons, many of which will be addressed in the discussion. The classic Mel Brooks story has enjoyed recent success on Broadway, as well as on the road.
