The Third Estate is a little bit of everything, It's the land and the water; it's the people living under the common law of the nation; it's the hard work and labor that goes into maintaining the land; it's the laws of the countryside; it's the merchants that sell goods. The Third Estate is ominous; it's necessary to a nation. The third question is to pretend that you are Spencer. This is the part of the program that is most striking to me.
