This paper discusses the importance of culture in Latin American countries. Many different types of dances originated from the slaves brought from Africa. Some of these dances were the Salsa, Samba, and Capoeria. These dances were one thing that no one could take away from them similar to the fact that no one can take away a person's religious beliefs. Many of the Latin American dances have become a part of the culture in European countries and the United States.
